LG is expanding its line of mid-range Android smartphones here at Mobile World Congress 2013, and we just got a quick look at the new Optimus F7. The F7 is the larger of the two new F-series models (the smaller being the F5), and it features a 4.7-inch, 1280 x 720 pixel display and is powered by a dual-core 1.5GHz processor. It also features support for 4G LTE
networks and has an 8-megapixel camera. The F7 runs Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean with LG's custom user interface and software on top. Like the L series phones from LG, the F7 has a plastic construction and doesn't quite have the quality feel that the premium G series has. The F7 will be launched in a handful of markets this year, though LG has not specified which just yet and has not announced pricing.
