Samsung P6800 Galaxy Tab 7.7

At the time, we felt the company was turning into a caricature of itself, with slates in every conceivable size, including 10.1, 8.9 and 7 inches. The Galaxy Tab 7.7, which brings a brushed metal back, 10-hour battery and Super AMOLED Plus, 1280 x 800 display. Even on paper, it always seemed promising. Galaxy Tab 7.7 seemed to be a gud deal as it had the same hardware specs as Note but with bigger screen.

Under the hood, there is a 1.4GHz processor, making the TouchWiz skinned Android Honeycomb 3.2 tick. The tablet sports a 3-megapixel camera on the back and a 2-megapixel front shooter and has a 5100mAh battery, which delivers up to 10 hours of non-stop video playback. My primary use for the Tab is watching movies, and on the 7.7” 16:10 aspect ratio screen a movie is almost exactly the same viewing size as on a 10” 4:3 aspect ratio screen since the movie is letter-boxed. A tablet is not going to live protected in your pocket; it is going to be stored in bags or handbags so a protective case or pouch is a must. Even though the Tab 7.7 is available at a few retailers locally, accessories are not and must be imported from overseas.

It took a lot of R&D on the net and max time I spent to buy a mobile (Last time was in 2006 to decide between Nokia N70 and SE W800). Finally bought Galaxy Tab 7.7 mainly because the Galaxy Note white color was not available in whole of Bangalore.
