Dell expands its Ultra-Sharp line with the latest 27-inch U2713HM LED display based on AH-IPS (Advanced High Performance IPS) panel. This increased the viewing angles up to 178 degrees horizontally and vertically, which will allow the sight and reproduction of an object on every angle available. The screen can output up to 2,560 x 1,440 (WQHD) resolution, with Dell promising a 37 percent reduction in energy consumption compared to the preceding U2711.
This is environment friendly because of its 37% reduction in power consumption compared to the U2711. Energy consumption decrease is possible because of the quick transition to sleep mode and automatic adjustment of screen brightness caused by the power management software. It also doesn’t use Styrofoam packaging. If you've got HDMI, Display-Port, VGA or DVI-D, you'll likely be well-prepared for the monitor, which also has a four-port USB 3.0 hub embedded. It has a comfortable view and the display can also fully adjustable with swivel, tilt, height adjust-ability and pivot which lets you easily switch to portrait mode.
