The ZTE T98 is an Android 4.0 ICS tablet with a 7 inch WXGA display, 1GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, 5-megapixel main camera and 2-megapixel unit on the front. Toshiba Excite 7.7 AT275

The Toshiba Excite 7.7 is easily one of the nicest small Android tablets. It has a 7.7" AMOLED display that's absolutely lovely and it's the first 7" class Android tablet to have the quad core Tegra 3 CPU (the Nexus 7 followed a few weeks later). The premium design with a metal casing and Gorilla Glass beveled glass are easy on the eyes, and the 7.7 looks like a miniature Toshiba Excite 10.
