HP Envy TouchSmart Ultrabook 4 Reviews

The incredible new HP ENVY 4-1103ea 14″ Touchscreen Ultrabook™ cuts a dashing figure in a natural silver finish, plus it’s packing formidable processing power – and the all-new Windows® 8 operating system

Design

Hp Envy Touchsmart Ultrabook looks like a pretty basic laptop, but provide new touch tech, even on the traditional laptop design. The looks and appearance of the product are nice but not of the best quality. The outer comes with brushed black metal on the outside with nothing but a simple Hp logo. There is a silver trim surrounding the outside.

Display

The 14-inch display on the Envy TouchSmart Ultrabook 4 has a 1366 x 768-pixel resolution and has wide viewing angles and good, all-around performance. The screen is quite glossy, so reflections were a problem and the display’s brightness could have been brighter. The touch-screen element of the 14-inch display goes perfectly with the Windows 8 operating system. (Read our review of Windows 8). The screen felt very responsive but the sensitivity could have been better as we encountered some difficulties clicking on small objects on the screen accurately.
